things happen at different times for everyone and regardless of the reason (not ready, just haven’t found the right person, etc.) it’s completely okay! it’s such a personal decision that no one else has the right to judge you for, so by all means kiss or don’t kiss whoever you want, whenever you want (keep in consideration that kissing is a pretty mutual decision, please don’t just go up to a random person and kiss them because you feel like it)
